We make an investment in "turning over stones" in our quest to locate and grow new and distinctive plant materials to offer our customers. We are constantly improving our cultural practices and testing for better methods of achieving our goals. For more than 7 years, we have been producing quality, distinctive living gifts for the Mail Order and Gift Markets. Our products are accepted in all 50 states. We combine this knowledge with our over 30 years experience in the Horticultural Industry to focus tightly on what is important to us and our customers. During this evolutionary experience we have witnessed many new changes and observed many trends, some of which are still with us today. There are a few aspects of customer satisfaction that have never changed. Selection, a quality product with good  service and timely, intact delivery will always create an excellent presentation and a satisfied customer.

Service: ASCUS Nursery is proud to state that "We have never shipped one order late", even if that means extra service or working closely with our couriers. We understand what service is, sometimes good service requires "legwork". We want to earn our customers respect by filling all orders on time. We want to keep your business.

Delivery: An eclectic mix of inventory that has been grown well and is well positioned to finish perfectly for the exact ready date will never be appreciated if it can't be delivered in the fresh state that it was in when it was shipped. We strive to allow the customer the satisfaction of removing our plants from the box and finding them in the same fresh condition that they were in when the plant was first shipped from the nursery. Our  shipping carton reflects six generations of changes and improvements that we have instituted over the years. It is a results inspired system that has been field and lab tested. Our packaging is a box, in a box, in a box configuration. This triple level of protection keeps the product from shifting, locking the plant in place,  absorbs shock and vibration, will not collapse and resists punctures. The extra amount of input required with its use is more than offset by the degree of customer satisfaction at the time of delivery. We have excellent working relationships with FedEX and UPS.
